I have been a part of Lutheran Village since it’s inception twenty years ago, which in itself shows how much I believe in the concept of this community. The Atrium and Cottages at Lutheran Village Condominiums offer the best of both worlds. If you are looking for more of an individual house, the Cottages with garages and great rooms are perfect, but if you’re looking to be around people and have the services and conveniences at your fingertips, the spacious, open air atrium might be the place for you.

No matter where you live at Lutheran Village, you’re a part of a community of active adults 55 years of age and older that have a few key common interests. First of all, they want an affordable place to live. Lutheran Village is not a low income community subsidized by the government. We are an affordable real estate option that allows you to maintain the equity you’ve built up in the home you’re currently living in without throwing it all away in rent. However, if rent is what you’re looking for, some of our owners rent their homes out from time to time.

Secondly, the owners at Lutheran Village love the fact that they don’t have to do any maintenance. In any other Condominium the owner would be responsible for all the maintenance in the home, such as the water heater, air conditioner, furnace, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, carpet, paint, ice-maker, windows, doors, cabinet hinges, everything.
